Established by faculty and students of the social工作 Program in honor of Ms. 英里, this scholarship will be awarded to full-time sophomore or junior student enrolled in the social工作 Program. The recipient must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate aptitude and potential for the profession of social工作. Financial need is a consideration.

夫人. McMullen spent her life in Nebraska and earned her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Kearney State College (KSC). She was an exceptional human being who dedicated her short life to the advocacy and service of others. 据她的家人说, she was the first person involved in the Community Action Program and for many years served as the Executive Director of Mid Nebraska Community Services, 公司. She passed away in 1980 at the age of thirty-nine. In 1981, social工作 faculty and the 学生 social工作 Organization planted a red Maple tree in honor of her memory. In 1986, her friends and family established this scholarship in honor of her memory.

The scholarship is awarded annually to a student(s) who meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrate aptitude and potential for the profession of social工作.
• Have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0或更高.
